1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using the VisionArchitech website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

VisionArchitech builds agentic AI systems, deploys private and local AI (from open-weight language models to image and video generation), develops the web and mobile products around them, and provides AI consulting: architecture reviews, build-vs-buy decisions and technical audits. The scope, deliverables and commercial terms of any engagement are set out in a separate service agreement for that project, which takes precedence over these terms.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of VisionArchitech and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

5. Limitation of liability

VisionArchitech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

6. Governing law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
