A prototype that impresses in a meeting is a week of work. A system your team trusts with real data and real failure modes is a different discipline. That second thing is what we build.

Day 1

Kickoff, access, constraints

What the system must do, and what it must never touch, in writing.

Days 2–3

Architecture proposal

Which models, why, and the options we rejected.

Days 4–5

A working spike

One real slice on your data, demoed live. The code lands in your repo.

If the spike shows the approach is wrong, we say so and change course. If you don't need an agent at all, we tell you that too.

From spike to shippable

The first week proves the approach. The next few prove the product.

Once the spike holds up, the slice grows into a fundable MVP, then a production system. We size the work after we've seen your data, and put it in writing before it starts.
