1. Information we collect

We collect what you give us directly: your name, email address, company name and message when you use the contact form, and anything you type into the chat assistant. Your IP address is held briefly in server memory to rate-limit abuse of the contact form and chat. It is not written to a database. Beyond standard server logs, this site runs no analytics and collects no usage data.

2. How we use your information

Contact form submissions are used to respond to your enquiry and, if we end up working together, to deliver the engagement. Messages you send to the chat assistant are forwarded to our model provider (Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service) solely to generate the reply; under Azure's terms they are not used to train models. Treat the chat as you would email, and don't paste anything sensitive into it. We do not run a mailing list and will not send you marketing.

3. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we will not pretend otherwise.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell or trade your personal information, and we do not pass it to third parties except where delivering our services requires it (our email and model providers, as described above) or where the law requires it.

5. Your rights

Under UK GDPR and equivalent legislation you can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or restrict what we do with it. You can also object to processing and ask for your data in a portable form. Email us and a human will handle it.

6. Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies. None. There is no analytics script, no tracking pixel and no advertising tag. The typefaces are served from our own domain, so reading this site sends your browser to no third party at all.
